SUBSIDIARY AUSTRIA VIENNA
Based on the constantly increasing traffic from and into Austria, SCHMIDT established their own subsidiary in Vienna in 1981, acting merely as dispatch office for many years. In 2000, SCHMIDT took over forwarding facilities in Enzersdorf near Vienna, a geographic location of interest, including its own cleaning station, shop and container HUB. In the meantime, this facility was expanded and equipped with 2 tilting platforms for containers.
SCHMIDT Austria dispatches the Austrian fleet and further coordinates neighbouring Hungary.
