    CLEANING TO RECEIVE AN ECD CERTIFICATE<\/h2>\n

    The inside cleaning of the tank unit is an essential part of the quality chain for bulk transports. 13 SCHMIDT logistic centers are equipped with their own cleaning station (including drying lanes) which design depends on different requirements.<\/p>\n

    In order to maintain the high quality standard, the SCHMIDT cleaning facilities get constantly checked and the staff which is responsible for the cleaning also takes place on regular training courses. Not only as founding member of Deutscher Verband f\u00fcr Tankinnenreinigungen e.V. DVTI<\/a> (German Association for Tank Cleaning) SCHMIDT is working on the further development of cleaning process and also takes a relevant part in the development of new technical standards.<\/p>\n

    CLEANING PROCESS<\/h2>\n

    The tank unit is automatically cleaned under high pressure via spray heads, partially with warm water as well. If necessary, cleaning agents can be added. Each cleaning process ends up with the check up by the cleaning foreman and the issuance of an ECD cleaning certificate. The wastewater treatment is done by the state-of-the-art technology and is liable to constantly governmental control.<\/div>\n

      REINIGUNG MIT ECD-ZERTIFIKAT<\/h2>

      Ein sehr wichtiges Element in der Qualit\u00e4tskette von Sch\u00fcttguttransporten ist die Innenreinigung der Silofahrzeuge. 13 SCHMIDT-Logistikzentren sind mit eigenen Reinigungsanlagen (inkl. Trocknungsbahnen) ausgestattet, die nach unterschiedlichen Anforderungen konzipiert sind.<\/p>

      Um den hohen Qualit\u00e4tsstandard konstant zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, wird die Technik der SCHMIDT-Reinigungsanlagen regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Pr\u00fcfungen unterzogen und das f\u00fcr die Reinigung verantwortliche Personal in Weiterbildungen geschult. Nicht nur in seiner Funktion als Gr\u00fcndungsmitglied des Deutschen Verbands f\u00fcr Tankinnenreinigungen e.V. DTVI<\/a> arbeitet SCHMIDT dauerhaft an der Weiterentwicklung von Reinigungsverfahren mit, sondern ist auch ma\u00dfgeblich an der Entwicklung von technischen Standards beteiligt.<\/p>

      ABLAUF DER REINIGUNG<\/h2>

      <\/p>

      Die automatische Silo-Innenreinigung erfolgt unter Hochdruck mittels Spr\u00fchk\u00f6pfen (teilweise mit Warmwasser). Je nach Bedarf k\u00f6nnen Reinigungsmittel hinzugef\u00fcgt werden. Jeder Reinigungsvorgang endet bei SCHMIDT mit der Kontrolle durch den Sp\u00fclmeister und der Ausstellung eines ECD-Reinigungszertifikates. Die Abwasseraufbereitung erfolgt nach neuestem Stand der Technik und unterliegt st\u00e4ndigen beh\u00f6rdlichen Kontrollen.<\/p>
