The SCHMIDT Group offers complete supply chain options from the production line to the consignee. To supplement transportation and storage services, equipment for bagging and the technical handling of bulk products is also available at SCHMIDT logistic centres. Several different product handling processes may be applied such as bagging, rip and tip, elutration, drying etc.
Bagging
Following the storage of chemical products in bulk, the SCHMIDT Group operates bagging
machinery to fill smaller packaging with the various materials according to the customer’s needs:
- 25 kg flat film sacks
- 25 kg tubular sacks
- Big-Bags
- Octabins
- Special packaging
All the necessary technical equipment is available at SCHMIDT logistic centres e. g. bagging, palletising, shrink-wrapping and weighing machinery.
Technical product handling
The technically developed product handling process improves the product quality. The following technical product handling equipment is available:
